Hi this is yushi 

It might be wired text when English speaker read it  cuz its messy on logical I just what  I wanna write  on the order  I come  up with 

But it's for Japanese who learn English 

So it'd be good Japanese read it 

Okay let's  get started 

Today  I went to Lithuania embassy 

It's was a bit different  from what I thought 

it was more like an apartment rather  than an embassy lol

Anyway  

I found out  I didn't  need to be on time to the proposed  time 

I got there 1 and a half hour earlier 

But they were like come!  Let's start  no customers here anyway 

I was like oh this kind of things happen 

I couldn't  prepare  the certification for my bank  balance in English 

They  were like okay let's make it in English 

And finally they asked me

do you want  the VISA right now or we can send it to you later 

I said give me now plz

Although  it can take long time like at least 3weeks, it has taken only one day lol

So I'd say what web site  say is not always true you gotta ask them if you wanna know things
